Each step is priced on its own, and you only agree to one step at a time. The first step has a fixed starting price.

| Step 2Pilot Sprint | A fixed price for a fixed 4 to 6 weeks, set after Discovery & Diagnosis from what we find. If you go ahead with a build, the audit fee comes off it. |
| Step 3Rollout (Core Implementation) | Quoted phase by phase from your pilot results, and agreed in writing before each phase starts. |
| Step 4Managed Optimisation | A monthly fee, agreed after rollout. Stop when you like. |
No step starts automatically. Each next step needs your agreement, and we will tell you plainly if we recommend stopping or “not now”.
Software licences are paid by you, in your name, so you keep control. We tell you the likely costs up front.

What currency are prices in?
Discovery & Diagnosis is priced in US dollars, plus VAT where applicable. Later steps are quoted in writing before they start.
Is the audit fee taken off a later step?
Yes. If you go ahead with a build with us, the audit fee comes off it.
Who pays for software licences?
You do, in your own name, so you keep control of your accounts and data. We tell you the likely licence costs as part of the recommendation.
