Discovery & Diagnosis
We map how work actually moves through your business, from first enquiry to final invoice or report. We talk to the people who do the work, look at your systems and documents, and rank where time, money and data are lost. You get a written report with scored recommendations and a roadmap, or an honest “not now”.

Pilot Sprint
We take the top recommendation and build it for one team, process or site, inside the systems you already use. It usually runs alongside the old way first, so you can compare. We measure before and after, and a person signs off anything that matters.

Rollout
If the pilot earns its keep and you want more, we extend it to other teams, sites or processes and join it up with the next steps in the chain. Larger projects, such as connecting systems that don't talk or building a single view of your numbers, run in phases with a check before each one.

Each month we check the numbers we agreed, fix what drifts, keep things up to date as tools and AI models change, and rank the next small improvements. You get a short report and a plain recommendation to carry on, adjust or stop.

Who it's for
Businesses with an AI or automation setup already running, usually after a rollout with us, who want it measured and improved rather than left to drift.
What happens each month
We check the agreed numbers against evidence from your own systems, fix anything that has slipped, and make one or two small, ranked improvements.
What we keep an eye on
The numbers carried over from your pilot and rollout, plus the health of the tools and connections underneath, and any new ideas worth scoring.
What you get each month

- The numbers we reviewed, and where the evidence came from.

How it runs and how you leave
A monthly cycle, mostly remote. Each month we tell you plainly whether to carry on, adjust or stop. Another month only goes ahead if you want it.

Can we start here without the earlier steps?
Only if we can see equivalent evidence first, such as a system already running that we can measure.
What does it cost?
A monthly fee, agreed after rollout from the size of what we look after. You'll know the price before you agree.
What happens as AI tools change?
We keep an eye on the tools and models your setup uses, and update or swap them when it's worth it, with your agreement.
Can we stop?
Yes. Each month we tell you plainly whether it's worth carrying on, and another month only goes ahead if you want it.
How is our data handled?
We ask for read-only access wherever possible, use your data only for the work you hired us for, and don't put your customer data into outside AI tools without your agreement. See our Privacy notice.
