Partner programme

Refer clients. We run the work.

Abjak is an AI transformation consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses in any industry, with a focus on the physical economy. If the businesses you advise are asking about AI, introduce them to us. We find where time, money and data leak in their operation, build what pays and keep it working.

Who partners with us

The programme is for people whose advice small and mid-sized business owners already trust.

01

Accountants

You see a client's books, systems and paperwork every month, so you often spot the drag first. Introduce them, and we take on the operational work.

02

Agencies

Your clients ask about AI alongside your marketing, web or IT work. Refer the operations side to us and keep your focus on yours.

03

Consultants

Add AI delivery to your advice without hiring a team. We run the engagement and keep you updated as it goes.

04

Umbrella organisations

Chambers, trade bodies, networks and business support programmes can give members a clear, priced place to start with AI.

The businesses you advise are asking about AI

Plenty of firms have tried it. Far fewer know where it fits in their own operation. A trusted introduction closes that gap.

35%

of UK firms with 10 or more staff now use AI, up from 12% in late 2023.

1 in 10

Only around 1 in 10 of those firms use it extensively.

13%

of construction firms use AI, against 58% in information and communications.

“We can't work out where it fits.”

The number one barrier firms give. It isn't cost or skills.

Why partner with Abjak

Without help, most businesses either do nothing about AI or pay for generic tools that don't fit how they work. A referral to us gives them a structured, priced place to start, and you stay the adviser who pointed them there.

Your reputation is protected

Every client starts with Discovery & Diagnosis, a fixed-scope audit with a written report and scored recommendations, before any larger commitment. It can end with an honest “not now”. No speculative pitches.

A commercial model that suits you

Revenue share, referral fee or a co-branded programme, from 10% onwards. There is no fee to join. We shape the arrangement around how your organisation works.

We do all the delivery

You make the introduction. We handle everything from the first call to monthly support after rollout. Your team never carries the delivery work.

Results you can show

With your client's permission, we can co-brand the audit report and results summary, so you can show your network what the partnership delivers.

What your clients get

Four steps, one at a time. Every client starts with Discovery & Diagnosis: from $1,999 (USD) plus VAT where applicable, usually 2 to 3 weeks, with the fee credited against the build if they go ahead. Later steps are agreed after the audit.

Discovery & Diagnosis

We map how work actually moves through your business, from first enquiry to final invoice or report. We talk to the people who do the work, look at your systems and documents, and rank where time, money and data are lost. You get a written report with scored recommendations and a roadmap, or an honest “not now”.

More about Discovery & Diagnosis

What you get

  • A map of how work moves today, and where it gets stuck
  • Problems ranked by impact, with the evidence
  • Scored recommendations, a roadmap and rough costs
Time
2 to 3 weeks, agreed at kickoff
Price
From $1,999

Pilot Sprint

We take the top recommendation and build it for one team, process or site, inside the systems you already use. It usually runs alongside the old way first, so you can compare. We measure before and after, and a person signs off anything that matters.

More about Pilot Sprint

What you get

  • One working improvement, live with real work
  • A before and after readout
  • A short guide and training for your team
Time
A fixed 4 to 6 weeks
Price
Fixed price, agreed after step 1

Rollout

If the pilot earns its keep and you want more, we extend it to other teams, sites or processes and join it up with the next steps in the chain. Larger projects, such as connecting systems that don't talk or building a single view of your numbers, run in phases with a check before each one.

More about Rollout

What you get

  • The change running across the agreed teams and sites
  • Systems joined up where it pays
  • A plan for each phase, agreed before it starts
Time
Phased. Bigger projects run for several months
Price
Quoted per phase

Managed Optimisation

Each month we check the numbers we agreed, fix what drifts, keep things up to date as tools and AI models change, and rank the next small improvements. You get a short report and a plain recommendation to carry on, adjust or stop.

More about Managed Optimisation

What you get

  • A monthly check on the numbers
  • Fixes and updates as tools change
  • A ranked list of what to improve next
Time
Month by month, stop when you like

Work your clients can measure

Supermarket chain

Forecasting and pre-orders for a supermarket chain

We audited the procurement function and found where it was losing efficiency. Then we built a forecast and pre-order system, so the stores order closer to what they actually need.

A full Discovery & Diagnosis. We traced the firm's data from first enquiry to final report, reviewed each system and how they connect, and ranked the problems by impact and evidence. Founder-led, from Liverpool

Abjak was founded by Rudy Parengal and is based in Liverpool. We work with businesses in the UK, the US and beyond, mostly remotely. Diagnose first, build what pays, measure everything.

Rudy Parengal, founder of Abjak

“Running a business is half work you love and half work you hate. My job is to take away the part you hate.”

Most businesses I meet don't have an AI problem. They have a visibility problem: nobody can see the whole job from start to finish. So we start with the work, not the tool, and only build what earns its keep.
